Southern Explosives Supplies operates a modern fleet of blast hole drilling rigs, all maintained to the highest safety and performance standards for reliability, productivity and efficiency on every project.

Our fleet includes the latest Epiroc T45 MK2 drill rigs in both long mast and short mast configurations, including brand new units, along with Furukawa drill rigs and other specialised drilling equipment. This range of machines lets us put the right rig on projects of all sizes and across a wide range of ground conditions.

Our Epiroc rigs are fitted with the Hole Navigation System, GPS guided drilling that removes the need for survey mark-up on the blast floor. Drilling is more accurate, survey requirements are reduced, and rigs are mobilised faster.

Our drill operators are trained through our in-house training and competency programs, so the crew on your site delivers safe, accurate and productive drilling every shift.
